Prof. Dr. Kim Kyongna, Institute for Mongolian Studies, Dankook University, Republic of Korea
She holds a BA in Mongolian literature from the National University of Mongolia, an MA in cultural studies from Korea University, and a doctorate from the Department of Mongolia at Dankook University. After serving at Seoul National University's Institute for Humanities, she is currently a research professor at Dankook University's Institute for Mongolian Studies. Her research focuses on the intersection of Buddhist culture and folklore, medicine, and religion in Mongolia. She has authored several books, including 『Beginning Manchu Language』 (2015), 『The History of Traditional Mongolian Medicine after Chinggis Khan』 (2022), and 『Mongolia's Letter Heritage and History』 (2023).
Dr. Jalsraijamts.G, 112th General Education School
I was born in 1987, from Ulaanbaatar Mongolia.
From 1994 to 2005, I studied at the Dechingalaba Temple at Gandan Tegchenling Monastery, the center of Mongolian Buddhism. From 2005 to 2009, I earned a bachelor's degree from the Öndör Gegeen Zanabazar Buddhist University of Mongolia. I also earned a master's degree from the Department of Religious Studies at the National University of Mongolia from 2011 to 2013. My master's thesis was titled "Monastic Regulations of Dechingalaba Temple." I was a PhD candidate in the Department of Mongol and Inner Asian Studies at Eötvös Loránd University from 2017 to 2022. My PhD thesis was titled "Tulku Recognition in Mongolia as Exemplified by the Lineage of the Khalkha Dzaya Pandita."
I served as the head of the library at the Öndör Gegeen Zanabazar Buddhist University of Mongolia from 2013 to 2017. From 2022 to 2023, I was the head of the advanced school at the same university.
Currently, I am the principal at the 112th General Education School in the capital city, a position I have held since 2023.
Prof. Dr. Ippei Shimamura, National Museum of Ethnology, Japan
Ippei Shimamura is a Japanese anthropologist who is best known for his ethnographic work on shamanism and ethnic identity among Mongol Buryats, which has won multiple awards. Currently he is a Professor of Cultural Anthropology and Mongolian Studies in the National Museum of Ethnology (a.k.a. Minpaku) in Osaka. Working for 15 years in the School of Human Cultures at the University of Shiga Prefecture in Hikone, he joined the Minpaku on April 1st in 2020. Between April 2004 and September 2005 he was a research fellow at the National Museum of Ethnology in Osaka, and between October 2011 and March 2012 he was a visiting scholar at Mongolia and Inner Asian Studies Unit in the Department of Social Anthropology at the University of Cambridge in the UK. Shimamura originally studied law at Waseda University (1988-1993), but after visiting Mongolia with a film crew he decided to return to that country in 1995 and began his studies as an anthropologist. He completed a master's degree in Ethnology at the National University of Mongolia in Ulaanbaatar in 1998, being the first person from Japan to do so. Returning to Japan after living in Mongolia for 6 years, Shimamura achieved his Ph.D. in March 2004 at The Graduate University for Advanced Studies (SOKENDAI) in Hayama in Kanagawa Prefecture. His dissertation research was later published as a book, first in Japanese (in 2011) and later in English under the title The Roots Seekers: Shamanism and Ethnicity Among the Mongol Buryats (2014).
Shimamura's book, and the ethnographic research it was based upon, has earned him four major national awards in Japan. In November 2013 he won the Japan Consortium for Area Studies (JCAS)Award. In February 2014 it was announced that he had won a JSPS Prize from the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science. In October 2014 he was also awarded with the Daido Life Encouragement Prize for Area Studies from the Daido Life Foundation. In April 2016 he received the SOKENDAI Scientist Award from his alma mater, the Graduate University for Advanced Studies.

Munkhjavkhlan Baatar graduated from the Central University of Hyderabad and the National University of Mongolia. She earned her doctorate with a dissertation on the Comparative analysis of metaphysics and ontology in Advaita Vedanta and Plato's philosophy. Her research focuses on Indian philosophy, contemporary philosophy, and environmental philosophy

Oyundelger Enkhtur is a Mongolian researcher and instructor at the National University of Mongolia, where she teaches Gender Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and Introductory Psychology. With a background in counseling psychology, she has conducted studies on bullying and school-related gender-based violence in secondary schools in Mongolia. Currently, she is a doctoral student at Osaka University, doing research in Educational Psychology, focusing on Sexuality Education in Secondary Schools and School Climate.
Prof. Dr. Esuna Dugarova, Columbia University
Dr Esuna Dugarova is a senior research fellow at Columbia University in New York and a visiting professor at the National University of Mongolia. She has authored over 50 publications, including scholarly articles and UN policy reports. Originally from Buryatia, Esuna holds a PhD in Asian Studies from Cambridge University and knows 7 languages.
Dr. Purevsuren.Ts, Eastern Regional Branch, NUM
Tsedenbal's Purevsuren was born in 1975 in the Erdeneburen sum area of Hovd province in a place called "Emch". He graduated from Erdeneburen Soum General Education School of Hovd Province (1991) and 10-Year III School of Hovd Province (1993). In 1997, he graduated from MU as a Philosopher-Social Studies teacher, in 2005 he received his master's degree, and in 2013 he received his doctorate degree on the topic of "Social Philosophical Analysis of the Religious Status of the Population of the Western Region of Mongolia". He was a part-time teacher at Hovd University (1999), a teacher at the Department of Social Sciences (2000-2009), head of the department (2009-2017), director of the School of Social and Humanities (2017-2021), and deputy director of education (2021-2023). ) served. Currently, he is teaching in the Department of Social Sciences of the Western Regional School of MU. Graduated from Tomsk University in Russia (2009) and Patros University in Greece (2024). He has worked as a contractor in 8 joint projects with Russia, and has been working as a leader in the international "Erasmus" project with Greek, Italian, and Spanish universities since 2024. He was also elected as a member of the Board of Directors of Hovd University from 2017 to 2021. In the fields of teaching, research, and research, 5 monographs, 9 books, textbooks, manuals, and more than 50 research articles have been published. A member of the Mongolian Writers' Union (2022. I am Thai Buddhist monk who studies in Mongolia. Since 2012 I visited to Mongolia the first time and started to learned Mongolian language and Mongolian culture in 2012-2014. After that started to studied Bachelor degree, Philosophy and religion studies department of National university of Mongolia and graduated in 2018. Then I am study master degree until nowadays in the same school.
Associate Prof. Dr. Altaibaatar.J, Department of Human Resource Management, National Academy of Governance
Dr. Altaibaatar Jargal is an associate professor in the Department of Human Resource Management of the National Academy of Governance of Mongolia and the executive director of the Mongolian Association for the Study of Religion. He obtained his BA in Philosophy in 2005, MA in Religious Studies and Buddhism in 2007, and Ph.D. in Religious Studies in 2019 from the National University of Mongolia. Dr. Altaibaatar's research focuses on new religious movements, religious minorities, the relationship between state and church, and government policy on religious matters. He has authored and co-authored 19 books, over 40 papers, and articles on religious studies, social development, and policy studies. Additionally, he has contributed to more than 20 international and national research projects. His previous affiliations include the National University of Mongolia, the National Development Institute of the Office of the President of Mongolia, the Institute of Philosophy of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences, and the Institute of Strategic Studies of the National Security Council. He currently serves as an associate professor at the National Academy of Governance.

Munkhtsatsralt Borbandi is an academic researcher at the Department of Religious Studies of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences. She obtained her BA in religious studies and teaching from the National University of Mongolia in 2010 and a master's degree in Chinese philosophy from the University of Inner Mongolia of the Republic of China in 2017. Currently, she is pursuing a doctoral degree in philosophy and religious studies at the National University of Mongolia.
Munkhtsatsralt Borbandi has co-authored 2 books and has published over 20 scientific papers on topics related to religious studies, religious sociology, and the religious situation in Mongolia. She has also contributed to 10 national and international research projects on religious studies.

Sonam Wangchuk Shakspo, Asian Buddhist Conference for Peace (ABCP)
Born in 1956 in Samkar village in Leh, Ladakh. After elementary education in Leh he has done his schooling in New Delhi and later obtained his BA degree from the University of Delhi. (St. Stephen’s College).
From 1979-89 he worked in the National Commission for Minorities, New Delhi and later served as a diplomat in the embassy of India, Ulaanbaatar from 1990-2000.
He is closely associated with Asian Buddhist Conference for Peace, Mongolia. Currently he is working as the Deputy Secretary General of ABCP and Secretary of ABCP- Indian National Centre.
He is also the Director of Pethub Monastery and Buddhist Centre, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, founded by Ven. Kushok Bakula Rinpoche.
In 2019 at the 11th General Assembly of ABCP he was given the ABCP-Medal of Honour by the President of ABCP for his outstanding contribution to the development of ABCP.
In 2021 Government of Mongolia by a decree of His Excellency Mr. Ukhnaagiin Khürelsükh, President of Mongolia he was conferred the ‘Medal of Friendship’.
He has traveled to many countries and has fair knowledge of several languages including Hindi, English, Mongolian, Russian and Tibetan.
He lives on New Delhi with his wife Mrs. Rinchen Wangmo and two sons.
