How Our Pricing Works
Studio2J operates as a curated personal shopping service. To ensure transparency, your final invoice is broken down into three parts:
Item Cost: The retail price of the stationery.
Service & Handling Fee: This fee covers the personalized nature of our studio. It supports the time and labor required to visit local stores in Korea and Japan, source your specific items, conduct quality checks, and provide premium packing materials to keep your goods safe.
International Shipping: The direct cost to ship the parcel from our studio to your doorstep based on weight.
Shipping Policy
We ship directly from Seoul, South Korea or Japan, depending on where the item is sourced.
For orders containing items from both countries, please note they may arrive in separate packages or be consolidated depending on the best available option for you.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your parcel and your destination country.
We do not charge flat rates; we calculate the most accurate cost for you to ensure you aren't overpaying.
Your final shipping fee will be clearly listed in your quotation invoice before you pay.

Estimated Delivery Times
Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to procure and pack your items after payment is confirmed.
International Delivery: Generally 7–14 business days, depending on your local customs and postal service.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees levied by the destination country.
Studio 2J has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Any customs charges or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package is dispatched, we will email or DM you a tracking number so you can follow your stationery’s journey to its new home.
