Damaged or Incorrect Items
We pack every journal and pen with extreme care. However, if you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged:
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide an unboxing video. The video must start with the package sealed and clearly show the opening process and the damage/missing item.
Contact Us: Please email us within 3 days of receiving your package with your order number and the video.
Out of Stock Items
If an item you ordered becomes out of stock after you have made payment, we will issue a full refund for that specific item immediately.
