Student Ranker — Account & Data Deletion Request

In accordance with Google Play User Data Policies, Student Ranker provides full control over your personal data. You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

You can instantly delete your profile directly from within the app:

1. Open the Student Ranker app on your device.

2. Tap on your Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.

3. Tap Settings (Gear icon).

4. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account & Wipe Cloud Data".

5. Confirm your choice. Your account, competitive rank history, and personal details will be immediately and permanently deleted.

Method 2: Email Deletion Request

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team:

• Send an email to: support@studentranker.app (or support@studentranker.com)

• Subject line: Request Account Deletion - Student Ranker

• Include: Your registered email address or your unique @username.

What Data Is Deleted?

• Account Details: Your name, email, avatar, student ID, and @username are permanently removed.

• Competitive Records: Your score, tier rank, accuracy history, and leaderboard standing are wiped.

• Processing Time: Account deletion requests sent via email are processed within 48 to 72 hours.
