PRESIDENT: Supriya Dadi

Hi! I’m Supriya Dadi and the president of SHO. I am a fourth-year Biomedical Engineering: Pre-Med major. SHO is a remarkable club that allowed me to truly make a difference in the community and meet others who are just as passionate as I am in helping the community. My hope is to be able to spread SHO’s message to as many as possible and really help others.

SECRETARY/treasurer: Sahar Ahmed

Hello! My name is Sahar Ahmed and I’m a third-year Biological Sciences Major- hoping to pursue a career in medicine. I’m a fairly new member of SHO and this is my first year on board, but I am excited to get to know everyone through the club meetings/workshops. I look forward to being surrounded with like-minded individuals. My main goal is to be an active part of educating and helping local communities learn more about public health.

Teddy bear clinic coordinator: joanne chin

Hi I'm Joanne! I'm a fourth-year biology major at UCI. This year, I'll be coordinating SHO's Teddy Bear Clinic events. What I enjoy most about SHO is that we're able to give back to our communities through public health awareness and education. With the Teddy Bear Clinic especially, the goal of having this event is to mimic the components of a basic doctor's visit to alleviate any fears that kids have when they visit the doctor's. Through these kinds of means, we're able to make a positive impact on our Orange County community.

Hi everyone! I graduated from UCI this past summer with a degree in Biological Sciences and am planning to go to optometry school next fall. I joined SHO just this past year, but am excited for all the events we'll be able to coordinate with everyone this year!
