Welcome!

Strengths Philippines is a community of Gallup-trained and -certified Strengths Coaches.

The community started in November 2015, after the first batch graduated from Gallup's Accelerated Strengths Coaching Course. Originally, the community was created for the coaches to help and support each other.

Today, the Strengths Philippines community also includes Strengths Champions - people who believe in the power of strengths, intentionally use their strengths, and actively help others to discover more about what is right with them.
