The STREAM Robotics Lab has two main research activities. The first activity is related to behaviour-based robots and drones for indoor/critical applications. The second activity is related to the study of Space Systems, including desing and implementation of control and guidance algorithms for space proximity operations.
Moreover, Dr. Elisa Capello is a member of the Flight Mechanics Research Team, coordinated by Prof. Giorgio Guglieri.
The research on UAVs and Ground Robots is mainly related to the PRIN 2017 Project "CREATEFORUAS".
The research on Space Guidance, Navigation and Control Systems is related to collaborations and contracts with Thales Alenia Space and European Space Agency.
