Here at Strathclyde Musical Theatre Society we take the efficacy of our productions as well as the physical, emotional, and mental health of all the cast, crew and volunteers very seriously.

We decided it was about time that we implemented a robust framework that conveys expectations for how we are all expected to conduct ourselves, and protects everyone against any kind of mistreatment.

The code of conduct is intended as a guide as to the attitudes all performers should come to rehearsals with as well as outline appropriate and inappropriate behaviour when engaging in activities and events at the society.
