Champion: The Sun's Radiance
Starting Ability: Sunbeam Strike – Deals 1d6 radiant damage and blinds the target for one round (DC 10 Constitution saving throw negates blindness).
Backstory (D&D): As Ra struggles against Apophis and Nyx's encroaching darkness, he empowers a devoted follower with a fraction of his solar power. The Sunbeam Strike initially banishes shadows and weakens corrupted creatures. However, as Ra's own light dims, the champion finds their power flickering and unreliable.
Nyxian Influence: The Sunbeam Strike sometimes casts eerie, elongated shadows instead of dispelling darkness, and the blindness it inflicts can be replaced by terrifying visions. The champion begins to question whether their efforts are truly pushing back the darkness or merely prolonging the inevitable.
