St. Paul’s has had a strong Sunday School program throughout the history of our church. New children are welcome at anytime and feel free to bring friends along with you.
Separate classrooms for each age group.
Operated year round — right through the summer
A Bible lesson, a craft segment, and music time are staples each week
Each child receives a nativity piece each year and will eventually accumulate a beautiful, entire nativity set. Upon completion of Confirmation Class, it has been the practice to award the confirmands a stable to accompany their nativity set.
Confirmation
Confirmation is an important aspect of our church life as it pertains to nurturing families. The Catechism compliments the Holy Bible as the basis for our faith in a loving God. The instruction provided confirmands during the Confirmation process strengthen the foundation of one’s understanding of God’s plan.
Typically students attend Confirmation class at the Junior High School age; however instruction in the Catechism can happen at any time during one’s walk with God. It is even common to attend the classes more than once in a lifetime or even multiple times. Many have found new things learned by reviewing the material learned earlier.
Adult Instruction Classes are available to those that are considering becoming a member of our congregation. These classes are taught by our Pastor, and all those that attend find them to be enlightening and enjoyable. Any current member is welcome to take one of these classes to enhance the experience of others and to serve as a renewal of their own knowledge as a believer.
