The Inspiring Futures Foundation was established to provide financial support and educational advancement opportunities for those working and studying in the automotive, transport & logistics, drilling, mining & quarrying, and gas industries.
MITO's (Motor Industry Training Organisation) scholarship programme is developed in partnership with the Inspiring Futures Foundation to assist aspiring and successful graduate learners to progress their skills and knowledge.
The MITO/Inspiring Futures Foundation scholarship programme contributes funding towards apprenticeships, training programmes, and business management qualifications. Previous recipients have used their scholarships to help fund apprenticeships, graduate business diplomas, advanced technical programmes, and management courses.
Secondary School Achievers Scholarship
This year's round of Secondary School Achievers Scholarships opens on July.
These are awarded to secondary school students who have proven attributes in leadership, academic achievement, cultural or sporting achievement, a track record of contribution to their school or community, and financial circumstances which could limit their access to tertiary study.
Scholarships will be awarded to assist students who have enrolled in any Toi Ohomai full-time course/s with a duration of at least one year. Applicants must be nominated by their secondary school. A maximum of two scholarships per contributing secondary school may be awarded, however, schools can nominate an unlimited number of applicants.
QRC (Queenstown Resort College) Queenstown awards FOUR National Scholarships each year, worth $6,000 towards your fees. Two will be awarded to students studying a Hospitality Management Diploma and two for the Adventure Tourism Management Diploma. Our scholarships are based on merit and a true desire to be part of the industry.
