New York City's Central Park is landmark that is well known around the globe. Implementing something like this into an existing urban city is not realistic. However, plenty of new cities which are not fully developed are guaranteed to pop up down the line. Implementing an idea like central park into a newly developed city is both relatively cost efficient, as well as environmentally friendly. There are many other ways to reduce stormwater runoff. We all must do our part.
