Why are there two authors under the same name?Â
R.Lewis is a writing alias created for two writing partners to publish stories under. This isn't either of our names- it's actually the name of one of our characters, Rebecca Lewis from "the clique"! We decided to write under the same name because "the clique universe", if you will, is created by the both of us. We take pride in working on them together and consulting with each other on each story.Â

Who is flattery created the strikingly accurate depictions of Liam and Denise for the cover of The Clique. I was so worried I wouldn't be able to find an artist that could properly convey what Liam looks like, especially since I struggled to do so myself. Liam is such a pivotal character in the series, so naturally, his art would need to properly reflect that. I couldn't believe how accurate this piece ended up being to how I saw him in my mind. Yes, I had a certain vision for Liam, but Denise needed to look just as accurate, and I feel the nail was hit right on the mark once again. The fluffiness of her hair, the nose ring, the baggy clothes- THE DETAILS! It's all so perfect. I could go on and on, but I'll stop here. Summary: I love this cover.Â
Ulyanoid created this insanely adorable and undeniably gorgeous second cover for The Clique. She perfectly captured the fall vibe of the story as well as the look and personality of each character. I felt a new layer of inspiration and love for these characters as soon as I received this piece. She not only captured the vision I described, but added so much more to it that I couldn’t have put into words. All this to say, she understood the assignment, and I am infinitely grateful we had the opportunity to work with her.
