Tinsley Quarry

The quarry tract is 477 acres. Blasting will be next to Timberwood Trace and Chevy Rd. But there will be a lot more to it. A truck wash station, a refueling station are just getting started. You can be sure that the quarry will be extended and enlarged in the future.

There are over 146 residences within a 1-mile boundary of the property, with many more being developed. Tourism, music venues, and vactional rentals are all growing today.

Tinsley has also purchased 427 acres on the doorstep of Pelham.

There is a 427 acre tract owned by Tinsley on the doorstep of Pelham. It doesn't appear that TDEC has recieved any permit applications yet.

And near Monteagle...

As we've studied parcels and ownership, we were surprised to find 62 acres owned by Sequatchie Concrete, situated between Monteagle Assembly and the Retreat at Sunset Bluffs! Is that near you?

Oh, and search for "KTK Mining of Virginia, LLC," another outside interest with property in Highland Bluffs.
