It appears there is a proposed development for one hundred acres of land contained in 2 parcels of land off the 2800 block of Saxapahaw Bethlehem Road. The land was purchased by Agency Partners LLC in Graham 7/2025, and is expected to be a high-density cluster of "cottage" sized units. This is an area not served by municipal water and sewer, and would exacerbate road safety issues on Saxapahaw Bethlehem Road.Â
