If the phone is in working condition and you decide to simply reflash or update the firmware with Qfil Tool, then just connect the phone to the computer and wait for the drivers to be completely installed. You may need to connect your phone to a PC or laptop to install drivers. In the off state and with the volume button up or down, turn on your smartphone. It all depends on your phone model.

Download the QPST Flash Tool (QFIL) archive and unzip the downloaded file to your computer.
Open the folder with the program and press SETUP
Next, click Install and everywhere click Next
In the new window, click NEXT
We agree to the terms of the program and click NEXT
After we select the folder where the program will be installed (You can not change anything) and click NEXT.
After installing the program, install the drivers in the vcredist_x86 folder
Run the QFIL program (In the START menu)
In the program, put FLAT BUILD and click on Browse.
In the window that opens, select the folder with the downloaded firmware and select the MBN firmware file.
Click Load XML...
In the window that opens, select the folder with the downloaded firmware and select the rawprogram0 file and the following patch0.
Then we connect the switched-off phone with the up (+) button pressed via USB to the computer and click on Download
