Our Team

SLAP is powered by trained adult volunteers who document online conduct, support coordinated operations, research cases and policy gaps, and advocate for stronger protections for children.

We are not law enforcement, but our members serve as witnesses, researchers, safety support, and community advocates.

Operations

Adult volunteers use age-appropriate online personas to document adults who initiate contact with minors on various platforms.

Safety

Safety volunteers assist with planning, logistics, and risk reduction during coordinated field operations.

Research

Operations researchers identify subjects using lawful public sources. Advocacy researchers track cases, legislation, and systemic failures.

Our Standards

All volunteers must be at least 18, pass a background check, complete training, protect confidential information, and follow strict safety and operational protocol.
