If you do not remember your original login, your username is typically formatted as your first and last name (e.g., JaneDo-sbd), with your password being "1234" (or another default password if you’ve updated it). The first letter of both your first and last names should be capitalized.

Once it's finished, or if you have already done so, please send a copy of the certificate so the parish records can be updated.
