There are 4 main ways to order:
Using the Made-to-Order form (if you want worry blobs, pocket octos, or pocket bees)
Using the Custom Request Inquiry form (for anything other than the above named small items)
Visit the Stitched by Cam booth at upcoming markets around Ontario.
Both order forms will be reviewed by Cam after submission and you will receive an email to confirm the status of your order, provide final cost, and arrange shipping details.
Absolutely! The one you saw in the picture might be claimed already but if I’ve made it once, I can make it again.
You can also use the pictures I post as references. Do you really like something but wish it was a different colour? Reach out via the Custom Order Inquiry form and I’m sure we can figure something out for you.
All sales are final. If there is a quality issue with your item, please contact Cam to discuss possible solutions.
At in-person markets, I use a Square Reader for debit or credit card payments. Of course, I also accept cash.
For online orders, I will send a secure payment link through Square which will allow for online payment by debit or credit card. I can also accept e-transfer by request.
Thank you for your interest! At this time, Stitched by Cam is not offering shipping outside of Canada.
Stitched by Cam is a one person operation and a “hobby” business. I appreciate your interest and support but I can’t accept every custom order that I receive. Some orders might fall outside of my skill set, have a deadline that I can’t meet, or otherwise not be possible to fulfill at this time.
I primarily use Bernat brand Blanket, Baby Blanket, and Velvet yarns. These are all 100% polyester. Plushies are stuffed with polyfill, which is also polyester.
I use plastic safety eyes on most of my plushies. While these are designed not to be removable, there is always a risk that they could come loose and pose a choking hazard. For this reason, plushies with safety eyes are not recommended for children under 3 years old.
I am able to accommodate orders for babies using yarn to stitch facial details instead of attaching safety eyes. Without the addition of safety eyes, there are no other small parts to worry about.
Yes, the solder includes 40% lead content. The stained glass items shouldn’t touch your skin for extended periods of time (this is why I don’t make jewelry) and you definitely shouldn’t put it in your mouth. Otherwise, there’s no risk to your health because of the lead.
All of my items are handmade in my home. I have two adorable critters (dog & cat) living with me. If you are allergic, I would recommend washing your plushie after purchase. My home is not a nut-free facility.
Your stained glass piece is fragile so be careful with how you hang/display it in your home. It shouldn’t require much up-keep but there are steps you can take to keep it looking like new - check out the Care Instructions page for more information.
Most plushies are machine washable and dryer-safe. Check out the Care Instructions page for more information.
