February 15 – Initial Application Deadline (11:59 PM)
Required Materials:
Advising Report, Resume, and a 3-minute video clip from the applicant
Completed online submission form
March 1 – Second Stage: Oral Interview of selected candidates with the selection committee
Required Materials:
One reference letter from an OSU faculty member or professor familiar with the applicant’s work or academic career (Please have the letter emailed directly to the selection committee. It can be submitted as an email—no formal format is required.)
March 15 – Second Stage: Oral Interview with Host Laboratory Abroad (virtual)
March 20 – Final Notification
Applicants will be informed of acceptance or decline
