Fall Schedule- TBD 2025
Last minute changes to the schedule will be notified via email.
Events for 2025 Season:
Intermediate swimmers in group 1 will compete at the Association meet and the Region meet (if they qualify and if they don’t join the HS team). Novice swimmers in group 1 will only compete at the Association meet. Swimmers in group 2 will compete at the Association meet, but the Region meet is optional since it is during the HS season. If HS swimmers choose to compete at the Region meet, they must get a waiver from the MSHSL to compete, and they cannot be in the intermediate category.
Stillwater Synchro Show February 1
All of our swimmers will perform in a show. This is an event for the swimmers to invite family and friends to see our routines. It’s also a practice (dress rehearsal) for the competition, and a fundraiser for the team. The swimmers will report to the pool for a warm-up and practice before the actual show begins.
Association Championships February TBD
This is a local meet that will be held in Wayzata at Wayzata West Middle School. Our association includes three teams – St. Paul Stars, Forest Lake True North, and Stillwater Synchro. Like last year, this meet will be combined with the other Minnesota association which includes the following teams: Minnesota Synchronettes, and Minnesota Aquafins. The meet takes place on Saturday and Sunday. Placing in the top 3 for each category will qualify swimmers into the Region Championship in May. We do not have a tentative schedule yet, but since this meet was spread across three days last year, please plan on attending long hours on both days.
Zone Championships March 6-8 in Arvada, CO
This is a meet that is only for 13+ Youth, Junior and Senior swimmers. It is an optional meet for our group 2 swimmers, and requires travel. See coach Emily if interested in competing.
Region Championships May TBD
This meet will take place in St. Paul at Humboldt High School. Our region includes teams in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota (although Minnesota is the only one with competitive teams lately). Swimmers in the Youth/Junior/Senior categories that place in the top 2-3 of their event will qualify for Nationals. Intermediate swimmers do not qualify past this meet. Tentative schedule:
● Friday - figures and tech routines
● Saturday - free and intermediate routines
Junior Olympic National Championships June TBD
Swimmers must qualify to compete at this meet, in addition to passing level testing. This is a great experience for swimmers to compete at this level! It does require additional practices into summer, and it requires travel. The meet will be held in Arlington, Texas this year.
NOTE: USAAS also has 12U, 13-15, Junior & Senior National Championships throughout the spring. At this point, our club does not participate in these events.
