How do I upgrade/ change a membership?

Where memberships can be changed or upgraded a 'Change Membership Type' button will be available within the platform.

1. Login

2. Click your profile card to maximise your profile

3. On your profile menu click ‘Memberships’

4. Your membership will be displayed, click the three dots under ‘Actions’

5. Click ‘Edit’ and at the bottom of the form click ‘Change Membership Type’

6. Change the membership type and then either click ‘Save’ or click ‘Checkout’ (you may need to make a payment for upgrades/ changes).
