Mr. Nekorb (full name: Knuj Sselesu Nekorb) is, effectively, the world's worst construction designer. from a building that rotates 90 degrees every month to a boat made of icing sugar, all his inventions are disastrous. they usually collapse, explode, or both. 

As the advisor of the world's worst construction designer, he often has to deal with absolutely terrible buildings and other peices of construction that no one ever wants. he tries, in vain, to get mr.nekorb to design a resonable building for once.

the redhat air workers run an airline that flies all kinds of animals, including elephants. but they are a light-weight airline, so they need scales.(see 4 - Elephant in the Room) they aren't great at choosing workers, as they hired disaster.(which was a disaster)

cloudy and mango are two cats who work together to play with their favorite toy: rocket lanchers. their favorite hobby is destroying things,  and, by some miracle, their owner can pay for it. they both love explosives, but cloudy perfers bombs and mango likes rocket lanchers

stupid guy is a VERY stupid guy. enough said. from washing his clothes in the toaster to using pinapples as haloween decorations, stupid guy is stupid in everything he does. he sometimes defies the laws of Physics.  (no one knows how, least of all stupid guy) 

the disobeyer is an AI robot accidentaly programed to always disobey whatever anyone tells him to do. he is always causing chaos, much to the excitement of his younger brother, max.

chaos chauses chaso, usually by bringing ijn some kind of highly dangerous animal. he is always clueless about their dangerousness. 

is a metaphor for life, and hates it. the "life" in sayings always refers to him.
