Registration Information

NOTE (IMPORTANT)

In the view of preventing the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), the conference is planned to be held mainly by online.

However, we accept direct attendance at the conference site after taking necessary countermeasures against the virus.

　　・Please select "Online participation" or "On-site participation" on the application form.

　　　　　　・Even if you select "On-site participation", you may be asked to cooperate in participating online depending on the situation.

　　　　　　　Participants will be informed by the end of September whether "On-site participation" or "Online participation".

　　　　　　・When you select 2 or more activities, You CANNOT select one by online and, others on-site.

　　　　　　　If you select “Attend at NUT”, all of your selected activities should be “Attend at NUT”, and so is online.

　　・All participants MUST register prior to participation during the application period.

　　　We DO NOT accept on-site registration without advanced online registration, in principle.

　　・Please register online in advance even if you wish to just listen to the research presentation as audience.

　　・For company, application period and procedure are different from the other participants.

　　・All the presenters of Activity –B, Research Presentation in 5th STI-Gigaku 2020, can submit full manuscripts

in English to be published in the “Transactions on GIGAKU”, a Peer-reviewed online journal, which will be

published after the Conference. The submission deadline is scheduled 2-3 weeks after the conference.

　　　　・ Application and submission of abstract need to be done at the same time upon your advanced online registration.

　　　　・A confirmation email will be sent automatically after completion of online registration.

　　　　　Please be sure to confirm the reception of the email.

　　　　・Please make sure to register online and submit abstract (If applicable) by application deadline.

　　　　・Once you have submitted your abstract upon advanced online registration, we DO NOT accept re-submission of your abstract.
