(1) Abstract (for
ALL participants who present research presentation)
・All of on-site and online participants, who present the research presentation ,
MUST submit one-page of A4(210 x 297 mm) abstract upon advanced online registration .
・Deadline of application and submission of abstract is 7th(Mon.) September, 2020 24:00 JST.
・Once you have submitted your abstract upon advanced online registration,
we DO NOT accept re-submission of your abstract. Please check carefully before submission.
・An abstract template file can be downloaded
here.
・Please prepare your abstract in MS-word file (.docx) .
・The following information should appear at the head of the abstract with a line space
between each item and before the main text
・ TITLE (12pt in BOLD BLOCK LETTERS)
・ Name(s) of author(s) : The presenting author should be underlined. (11pt)
・Affiliation, city, country, zip code and presenting author’s E-Mail address (10pt, Italic)
・Keywords: (10pt, Italic)
・Abstracts should not exceed one page of A4 (210 x 297 mm) size
・The margin should be 25mm on left, right and bottom side, and 15mm on top side.
・You can add figures or pictures.
・Place each of main and sub SDG logo (main: 3 x 3 cm, sub: 2 x 2 cm) on the top left corner.
・Please submit PDF file (Maximum file size of 10 MB).
(2) Poster Presentation (for
on-site participants who present research presentation)
All participants give 90 seconds oral presentation, then poster session in ENGLISH.
・Place each of main and sub SDG logo (main: 8 x 8 cm, sub: 6 x 6 cm)
・The following information should appear at the head of the poster
・Title, name(s) of author(s) and affiliation
・Make your poster in A0 size
・Please print and bring the poster (A0 size) by yourself on the conference day.
・On the site, please post the poster to the designated place by yourself.

(3) Online Presentation (for
online participants who present research presentation)
All participants give 5 minutes oral presentation in and 1 minute Q&A.
Instruction for Online Presentation
・Please make your presentation slides for 5 minutes presentation.
・There is no template or rules.
・At the time of your presentation, please share your slides from your own PC screen using Zoom.
・The information on how to use Zoom will be available at this website or notify by e-mail before the conference.
Presentation slides should be written in: ENGLISH
Spoken language during your 5 min. presentation: ENGLISH basically, but Japanese could be used partially.
Time Table (for

Individual poster number, oral presentation turns, and group for poster period will be notified
to each participant by the middle of October.
