Foreign Attorney Training: We helped a digital learning organization educate hundreds of India-based attorneys to review US litigation documents for relevancy, privilege and legal issues. Our solution connected US instructors with India students via the internet to assess, teach and then test the students’ capabilities. Technology and methods were selected to personalize learning for each student which reduced training time and cost while allowing US attorneys to validate their oversight of the process and comply with the American Bar Association.
Business development activities included screening dozens of companies, performing due diligence and negotiating with six prospects, executing a joint venture with an India based company and partnering with a U.S. based online document review company. The solution also utilized Skype, QuickBase, and GoToMeeting for video calls, project management and Webinars respectively.
