STEWARD will strive to ensure that every STEM woman @IITM will reach her fullest potential.
STEWARD recognizes that a STEM woman may face explicit / implicit bias and obstructions that may unduly deter or delay her progress
STEWARD aims to provide every STEM woman Ph.D. scholar and junior woman faculty member @IITM with a mentor who can provide personalized support, encouragement and guidance, as she navigates her path to personal and career success.
Providing mentorship for women research scholars or iitm alumni from senior women in STEM.
Support: Opening up avenues and opportunities within the current system, as well as Resistance: Working towards reforming system
