Meetings log

As the project progresses, I have created a log of key meetings,  calls and communications related to the project.

Production Meeting - Overview

Production meetings are held weekly between the POS team and stakeholders across the business are invited in relevant to the campaigns and activity on the agenda. Since the seeds project was assigned to me, I have been invited to the weekly meeting for an update and to report into the project alongside Holly Ramsden.  Usual stakeholders: Scott Rowan, Holly Ramsden, Ashley Bartham (In store POS Marketing Manager/Executives) Lucie Kelleher (Creative hub manager), Lauren Mullaney (Brand manager)

Production Meeting - 08/03/22

The first meeting was an opportunity for me to introduce myself to the meeting for the foreseeable in relation to the Pennies project. Holly added the seeds project to the agenda who is leading from an In store Comms perspective. I stated I planned to brief the project to the creative hub the next day.

Briefing the POS - 09/03/22

As described on this page. I entered the POS details on Rule software alongside Holly then sent the brief to Lucie Kelleher, manager of the creative hub.

Production Meeting - 15/03/22

Todays meeting allowed me to provide an update in the status of the project. As it stands, the POS has been briefed into HHG and the Creative Hub (following a meeting Holly R and myself had last week). The brief is due to be picked up on 17/03/22 by James Casey. I was advised to joined the creative workshop meeting the next day to discuss the creative with the brand team.

Creative workshop -  16/03/22

A weekly meeting to discuss what creative upcoming campaigns should be designed in. Usual stakeholders: Brand managers Carrie Shipley, Lucie Kelleher & Lauren Mullaney. I joined this meeting to introduce Carrie to this new end unit POS, discuss the features of this POS, and what creative it should be in. I showed a visual mock up of how I expected the end unit to look at. Carrie was overall happy for me to proceed with the brief.  Below: The agenda and my mock up.
