It should be noted that in practice this is not the case, since both forms are equally alkylated at 17-alpha, which directly ensures the passage of the active substance through the liver without destroying it by enzymes.

The negative effect of this steroid on liver function is manifested only when using excessive dosages and other abuses, in other cases it practically does not manifest itself.

Steroid Profile

In terms of the steroid profile, Stanase has three times more pronounced anabolic, and three times less pronounced androgenic activity from “pure” testosterone (320% versus 30%, respectively).

Stanozolol is not converted to estrogen because it is derived from dihydrotestosterone. Moreover, it has antiestrogenic and antiprogestogenic effects. In practice, this means that it is able to inhibit the activity of estrogen and the hormone prolactin, which makes it a useful “pair” in cycles based on testosterone, Sustanon, Nandrolone (Deca) and trenbolone.

When combined with these AACs, not only will the effectiveness of the ongoing cycle increase, but it will also become much safer, since the risk of developing side effects of the estrogenic and progestin nature will be reduced.

Another "bonus" property of "Stanase" is its ability to inhibit the activity of a glycoprotein (globulin) that binds sex hormones (abbr. "SHGB"). In practice, this allows you to increase the level of free testosterone and the bioavailability of all steroids that are used in conjunction with Stanozolol, which leads to an increased return on the course.
