Personalized Vocational Development Plan (PVDP)

Developed within Erasmus+ STEPS (2024-1-RO01-KA220-SCH-000253164), the PVDP is a structured assessment and planning tool designed to identify the vocational potential of students with special educational needs (SEN), particularly those with moderate and severe intellectual disabilities.

It assesses psychosocial functioning, communication, self-regulation, motivation, independence, practical skills and work readiness through observation and scoring.

The resource includes diagnostic sheets, assessment indicators, vocational profiles and guidelines for interpreting results and developing personalised recommendations.

Used by multidisciplinary teams in cooperation with families, the PVDP supports individualised educational planning, vocational guidance and appropriate support strategies, promoting autonomy, inclusion and preparation for adult life.
