Academic Support, Community Service, and Mentorship
Core Values The three core values of STEP Movement include academic support, community service, mentorship, and a commitment to collaboration.
Academic Support Members will receive academic support for maintaining the required 2.5 GPA. Members will have opportunites for tutoring. High School students will recieve advisory for college/career selection.

Community Service Members are commited to give back to the community in which they live. Members understand it is better to give then recieve.

Mentorship All members will have the opportunity to be assigned to a leader for further mentorship and advocacy. Mentors are utilized for guidance personally and academically. Members will have the opportunity to engage in empowerment activities with their mentors.
