"Apollo Damns the White Crow"
2026, Stephanie Hoover
It is with incredible pride that I announce that I have been accepted into The Studio Door's 12th annual Crow Show.
This San Diego gallery is owned and operated by Patric Stillman, one of the most respected gallerists in southern California. To have my art not only selected for his exhibit, while also being seen by art lovers and collectors 3,000 miles away, is one of the greatest honors of my career.
If you can't visit the show this February and March, Patric usually posts a video of the exhibition on his website and on YouTube. I'll provide a link when it goes live.
To inquire about a limited edition linoprint of my piece Apollo Damns the White Crow (available after the exhibit closes), please contact me.
"Fall Full Moon"

Congratulations to Solomon in Oklahoma City who won my December 2025 linoprint artist's proof contest!
He posted a wonderful comment to his Instagram account and I am touched and gratified that my art has a home with someone who truly appreciates it.

"The First Snow"

My Newest Monoprint: The First Snow
The original source photo, taken in my back yard during the first snowfall of the season, felt like a perfect challenge for a printmaker.
How do you create white snow on a tree, while also creating a blanket of snow in the background? And, even more importantly, how do you recreate the effect of the ruby-red Japanese Maple leaves creating an amazing contrast with the snow?
I decided the only way to really capture the scene was to add watercolor accents. You can visit StephanieHooverArt.com to view additional details, and inquire about purchase. Keep in mind: this is a monoprint meaning it is a one-of-a-kind piece of art, not a limited edition print.
(Want a sneak peek at how I made this print? Check out my YouTube channel where I've posted a video of the creation process.)
