MEET THE TEACHER

Kayla Coogan graduated in 2015 from the University of Alabama with a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering and 2019 with a Masters in Biomedical Engineering. She spent two years in the chemical manufacturing industry before returning to teach engineering and algebra at her alma mater Hoover High School. Throughout her five years of teaching at Hoover High School she tutored over a hundred students in math, science, and ACT prep. Kayla now tutors one-on-one and in group sessions full time.
