Narrative Essay
My Whiteboard animation will be called "endurance". It is based on real events were a man named "Ernest Shackleton" made an expedition with 27 other men to Antarctica, but then getting stuck there and losing their ship. Once their boat was destroyed, Shackleton's new mission was to get all the men back home. The whole voyage to get back home took two years, and while it was filled with struggle and danger, Shackleton never gave up on his mission, he never gave up and persevered through the journey and it was thanks to him that his men didn't give up.
I decided to animate this because it's based on real events and because it has a good display of the persistence and endurance morals. I Have a personal story that's connected with this story, which is perseverance. I always try my best to perceiver and not give when learning new things, but when I am about to give up, I remember Shackleton's story, where, all 28 men had to survive in harsh environments. but they never gave up. That's one of the reasons why I like this story, because it inspires me to keep trying to learn something that I can't understand, even after persisting for quite some time. Overall, you can't achieve any results if you don't persist and you should never give up.
In conclusion, I find Shackleton's voyage to be very inspiring, because even when his whole crew wanted to give up and stop trying, he inspired them to continue on and to not give, and it was thanks to him that they were all able to come back to the their families safely, even if it took him two years to do it.
