All partners came together on 26 March 2025
Right after the STEMLingua project was approved, the partner institutions convened online on 26 March 2025 for the kick-off meeting. Representatives from all organisations attended and discussed the project goals, work packages, timeline, and communication methods in detail.
The coordinator opened the meeting by presenting the overall framework and expected outputs of the project. Each partner then introduced their areas of responsibility and contributions. Particular emphasis was placed on designing STEM-based language learning activities, integrating digital tools, and dissemination strategies.
Key discussion points included:
Project management and monitoring plan
Timeline for outputs (teacher training modules, activity guides, etc.)
Communication tools among partners (shared drives, project management platform, etc.)
Roadmap for dissemination and visibility activities
Quality assurance and evaluation methods
Participants agreed to hold regular online meetings to strengthen cooperation and ensure timely completion of the first milestones. The next meeting was tentatively scheduled for the end of April.
