How to Make a new quiz & answer key for Google Forms

1. Go to forms.google.com.
2. Click New Form .
3. At the top right, click Settings .
4. Click Quizzes.
5. Click Make this a quiz.
6. Click Save.

The following example includes the following components for the test.

• Find the wrong characters. (reading)
• Multiple Choices (reading)
• Story writing based on the picture (writing)
• Watch video and answer questions (reading/listening)
