How to view:
Login to Starbucks Partner Central
Navigate to "Pay" or "Payroll" section
Select the pay period
View or download as PDF
What your paystub shows:
Gross pay before taxes

Overtime pay if applicable
Year-to-date totals
The Starbucks Direct Deposit Setup ensures your pay goes straight to your bank account every week.
Steps:
Login to Partner Central
Go to "Payroll Settings"
Select "Direct Deposit"
Enter your bank account number and routing number
Save and confirm
Direct deposit activates within 1–2 pay cycles. Keep your banking information updated whenever you change accounts.
Your Starbucks W-2 Form is available every January for tax filing.
How to access:
Login to Partner Central
Go to "Tax Documents"
Download your W-2 as a PDF
Use it to file your federal and state taxes
Important: Even if you no longer work at Starbucks, you can still access your W-2 through Partner Central using your last Partner ID and password.
