Accessing your Starbucks partner account is the first thing every new and existing partner needs to know. This page walks you through every login method available.
The Starbucks Partner Hub is the main gateway for all partner tools.
Steps:
Open any browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge
Enter your Partner ID — your unique employee number
Enter your password
Click Sign In
Navigate to Schedule, Benefits, or Payroll as needed
The Starbucks SSO Hub is the single sign-on system that gives you access to all partner tools with one login.
Steps:
Enter your Partner ID and password
Complete two-factor verification if prompted
Access all connected partner systems from one dashboard
The Starbucks Partner App gives you full access from your smartphone.
Steps:
Download Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub from App Store or Google Play
Search for SBUXPartnerHrs inside the Hub
Install and open the app
Login with Partner ID and password
Access your schedule and all partner tools on the go
For payroll, paystubs, and personal information, use Starbucks Partner Central.
Steps:
Login with your credentials
Access pay, benefits, and personal profile
Click "Forgot Password" on any login page
Enter your partner email or Partner ID
Check your email for the reset link
Create a new strong password
Log in with the new password
If you are still locked out after resetting, call the Starbucks Partner Contact Center at 1-888-SBUX-411 or speak with your store manager directly.
Get your Partner ID and temporary password from your store manager at onboarding
Login with the temporary credentials
You will be immediately prompted to set a new password
Complete profile setup
Your account is now fully active
