Anyone can come to ZMUC (Universitetsparken 15, 2100 Copenhagen, to get in call Alexey: +4522615527 or Aslak: +4561271719) any time and hang out at the collections or with colleagues and Carlsberg-sponsored beer at the museum canteen.
In the evening we all go to Restaurant Ankara (Krystalgade 8, 1172 Copenhagen, notice there are two Restaurant Ankara in Copenhagen!). Those not coming to ZMUC can go to the restaurant directly, we will be there from 19:00.
Nearest car parking is in front of ZMUC and at a large parking lot east from ZMUC. Ask Alexey for a daily parking coupon and visibly place it in your car.

For registration please have 300DKK cash. We collect this money for the lunch and common dinner including beer and wine at ZMUC which we pre-order.

Full day excursion to Møns Klint. A touring bus will depart from ZMUC at 9 am. In the field we will have packed lunch on the spot, the traditional Grappa Ceremony and then a common dinner at Det Gamle Bryghus (“The Old Brew House”) in the nearby Stege town. The bus will return to ZMUC at ca 9 pm. Be prepared for chilly or rainy weather and have good hiking or rubber boots. In the unlikely case of a VERY heavy and steady rain (remember experience of 2010!), we will arrange a shelter.
