During the meeting the organizers can be reached by phone:
Nearest car parking is in front of ZMUC and at a large parking lot east from ZMUC (see map). We are able to issue guest parking coupons to park at the museum. Ask Alexey for a daily parking coupon and visibly place it in your car.
The other option is parking in the nearby park, Fælledparken, marked with a 'A' on the map. If you do this, then remember to buy a parking ticket from the blue machines along the road.
From Copehagen airport you can choose public transportation or a taxi.
'All roads lead to Rome' but we recommend to take the metro M2, which will take you to the center of the city: Nørreport St., where you can Bus 42 or Bus 6A: Google Maps Directions
The tickets can be bought at the machines at the metro and train stations. From the airport you will need to buy a ticket for 3 zones.
The public transportation system is extensive with buses, trains and metro:
There are no hotels just near the Zoological Museum, but Copenhagen is relatively small. You are welcome to explore hotels, hostels, Airbnb options via the web. Here I can suggest some hotel’s (each has a web page with the English version for details):
Denmark is part of EU and Schengen visa agreement. English is fluently spoken here by everyone. Currency is Danish Crowns (DKK), not Euro.
