Important SUW Names/Titles
As everyone knows, we need to have any customer mention of any type of Regulatory Complaint (FCC, BBB (Better Business Bureau), Attorney General (AG), State PUC, or PSC, etc) immediately escalated to Customer Experience with all details including name, MDN and the customer’s issue.
Just as importantly, we also need to have any customer mention of escalating to any/all of the important names listed below (and in the attachement), this too must be immediately escalated to Customer Experience, with all details including name, MDN, and the customer’s issue.
Remember that every Job Aid is going to have the respective document so you can have the complete information in your hands!
