Fees and Payment Plans

Fees and Payment Plans

I have taken a moment to put myself in your shoes and answer some questions you might have...

Do you take cash or cheques?

Cash and cheques are not an option for us anymore, hopefully you will find lots of other way to pay.

Can we just pay our fees via card payment online?

Yes we take all credit and debit cards, in fact you can pay your term fees below if you wish.

Please note these are not the link if you are purchasing uniform, other events or workshops, this is just for term fees!

Direct Debit- How does that work and how do I sign up?

Direct Debit - How does that work and how do I sign up?

I am pleased to announce that I am now able to facilitate Direct Debit payments which makes life so much easier for everyone. It also spreads the fee increase across a longer period so you will feel it less!

The benefits as a parent are great:

  • It is quick and easy to sign up

  • Once you sign up, there is no further paperwork/administration required

  • You can spread the cost of Stagecoach 12 months

  • You can cancel your direct debit at any time

  • You are always informed and will receive an email from Go Cardless to confirm any actions you have taken

If you would like to get started with Direct Debit for the Autumn Term please just follow the link below to sign up and I will be back in touch with a bespoke plan for your approval before we push the green light.

Tax-Free Childcare - How does that work?

Tax-Free Childcare is a Government-backed scheme which helps parents with the cost of childcare. The scheme, which launched in April 2017, gives eligible families an extra 20% towards childcare costs.

For every 80p you or someone else pays in, the government will top up an extra 20p. This is equivalent to the tax most people pay - 20%. To find out more about the Tax-Free Childcare read the top 10 things you should know about the scheme.

To check your eligibility and register for the scheme please click here.

https://www.gov.uk/get-tax-free-childcare

So, for example, if your child attends Main Stages (and under 12 years old), the cost of each term is £336. After the Tax-Free Childcare has been applied, the fees would be £268.80 (20% would be paid by the Government via an online childcare account that you set up for your child).

If you have any questions regarding Tax-Free Childcare please give me a call on 01367 240663

Childcare Vouchers- How does that work?

We continue to accept Childcare Vouchers. The scheme is now closed to new applicants but if you joined one of these schemes on or before 4 October 2018 you might be able to keep getting vouchers or directly contracted childcare.

Please find below a list of Childcare Voucher Providers we work alongside and the codes you need to pay.

Childcare Voucher Providers for Stagecoach Faringdon (1).pdf

We LOVE Stagecoach, but money is tight, what are my options?

We have several ways we can help families on varying budgets and circumstances. Please see some of the options including:

* Tax Free Childcare

* Childcare Vouchers

* Direct Debit (Spreading the fees over 4 rather than 3 months)

These options are explained in more detail below.

Even then, if none of those work for you, please just pick up the phone (01367 240663) and give me a call and I am certain we can find a plan that will work for your family.

Things have changed for us and we have decided we are unable to return to Stagecoach next term, what is the notice period policy ?

As always, under Stagecoach Terms and Conditions, we ask for a minimum of half a term's notice (6 weeks) due mid way through the term of a child's intention to leave at the end of it, or half a term's fees are due in lieu of notice.
