We have recently recruited a full time Shop Manager who will be starting when we open as a Community Shop on Monday 4th January 2021.

We are looking for volunteers to join us. The role of volunteer will vary depending on what you can offer in terms of time, skills and interest.
Examples of activities within the shop that will need to be covered include:
Serving customers in store, manning the till and phone
Collecting stock from local suppliers (need own transport)
Deliveries to local customers (need own transport)
Early morning milk deliveries. (if you volunteer for this role only, it could be just an hour a day 1-3 days a week (5.30am-6.30am ) or it can be combined with other roles.
Admin tasks such as completing stock and reorder forms, customer orders and various compliance checks.
Creating and managing a volunteer shift rota.
You don't need to do all of these and training and support will be given.
