This is a fairly lengthy document, as we have a large range of products! Items are listed in alphabetical groupings, which we hope makes it easy to navigate.

We have included labels next to each product to indicate the following:

Dietary needs

• Gluten free (GF)

• Lactose Free (LF)

• Vegan (Vgn)

• Vegetarian (Vgt)

Special Interest

• Organic (Org)

• Eco-Friendly (EF)

• Delicatessen items (Deli)

• Locally sourced produce (Local)

Please complete all elements of the order form. Please help us to collate your order accurately by completing all sections of the form.

Which items you would like.......

There is an ID number listed next to the item description, on the Product Lists, please do include both. This will hopefully avoid any confusion about which items you are requesting. Please also clearly indicate how many of each you would like.

How frequently would you like them......

You can submit an order request for collection each week, fortnight or month OR you can submit just a one off order, or one off items. Please make this clear on your form.

Contact details

Please let us have your contact details so we can be in touch to confirm we have received your order and if we have any queries or issues in fulfilling your order.

When will my order be ready?

In most cases you will be able to collect your order within 2-3 days. We will contact you as soon as we can to confirm a day and time for collection. Please let us know on the form if you prefer we contact you by email or phone.

Substitutes and Unlisted items

Some items, particularly cheeses and wines can vary. We don't always have the exact same items delivered. We can therefore offer you a similar item as a substitute or leave it off your order. There is a space on the order form for you to indicate which you would prefer.

If you would like something that is not on our lists, please add a request for it on your order form and we will see if we can get it in for you.

Payment

Please make payment on collection, preferably by card (we are not currently accepting cash other than in exceptional cases, due to Covid19).

Milk and Bread Orders

Some Milk and Breads are only availabe to have as a Regular Weekly Order. These items are listed as such on the guides. Please speak to Linda to set these orders up. There will likely be a lead-time of a week or so.
