Objectives: 

1. To dry a quantity of grain 

2. To produce draying curve based on 

   1. different temperatures

   2. different air velocity

Lab Manual 

Instruction for Fall 2023: August to December 2013

1. Group 3 having basmati rice for 500 gram (bring it by your self on 5 September 2023) and soak for 2 hours in water (prepare this from your home)

2. Group 4 having non-basmati rice for 500 gram (bring it by your self on 12 September 2023) and soak for 2 hours in water (prepare this from your home)

3. Group 1 having green bean for 500 gram (bring it by your self on 19 September 2023) and soak for 2 hours in water (prepare this from your home)

4. Group 2 having chana dal been for 500 gram (bring it by your self on 3 October 2023) and soak for 2 hours in water (prepare this from your home)

All the experiments have to calculate

2. standard deviation

3. regression y=f(t)
