Enrollment Procedure

SCHOLARSHIP AND DISCOUNT

1. Two (2) children (brothers and/or sisters) enrolled; the youngest child can avail of 10% discount on Tuition Fee.
2. Three (3) children (brothers and/or sisters) enrolled; the youngest child can avail of 50% discount on Tuition Fee.
3. Four (4) children (brothers and/or sisters) enrolled; the youngest child can avail of FREE Tuition Fee.
4. Full payment of all FESS during enrollment: less 5%.

Note:

Starting S.Y. 2020-2021, Grade 7 students will be enrolled as Education Service Contracting (ESC) grantee under the GASTPE Law. Students will be entitled for a grant. Hence, their Tuition Fee will be waived until they reach Grade 10 in SSPJ.

General Enrollment Policy and Guidelines

• The school administrator/principal may exercise his discretion to accept late enrollee provided that the late enrollee shall undergo catch-up activities or interventions under acceptable circumstances.
• Transferee can be accepted by the school through the discretion of school administrator/principal provided that the transferee shall submit his/her School Form 9 or a letter certifying the last grade level that the transferee completed signed by the originating school.
• The school admits enrollee as early as two months prior to the start of the school year.
• School fees shall be paid within the current school year. Upon enrollment, the enrollee should pay a minimum of ₱ 1,050.00 as an initial payment or pay the full amount.
