General Hiring Policies and Procedures

1. The school accepts fresh graduates as teaching personnel in Kindergarten, Elementary, and Junior High School levels provided that they have bachelor’s degree in education, or equivalent, or a bachelor of arts, with such additional number of professional education subjects.
2. The Academic Coordinator will assess the documents of the applicant, or may interview the applicant upon submission of the initial requirements. The Academic Coordinator, upon its discretion, may also require the applicant a teaching demonstration, or its equivalent.
3. The School Board of Directors through the recommendation of Academic Coordinator shall decide whether the applicant will be hired or not.
