SS. Andrew–Thomas Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization established to support the long-term sustainability, governance, and mission of Saints Andrew–Thomas Academy, while also providing financial support for affiliated ministries.

SS. Andrew‑Thomas Foundation, Inc., exists to advance faithful Christian education by establishing and sustaining schools, supporting families, and strengthening aligned ministries within the community.
The Foundation is responsible for:
Financial oversight and accountability
Fundraising and donor support
Grant development and funding opportunities
Establishing long-term sustainability
This structure ensures that the Academy has both strong leadership and a stable foundation.
The Foundation prioritizes supporting the mission and long-term sustainability of Saints Andrew–Thomas Academy, along with key affiliated ministries and properties, including:
St. Andrew Church, Tennyson
St. Thomas Church, Potosi
Ss. Andrew–Thomas Parish properties
As part of this work, the Foundation will pursue grant opportunities and external funding sources to support specific operational, facility, or program needs within these prioritized ministries.
In certain cases, and as resources allow, the Foundation may also consider opportunities to support additional initiatives that align with its broader mission.
This approach ensures that support remains focused, responsible, and mission-aligned, while allowing for thoughtful flexibility when appropriate.

We have received state approval for our nonprofit and are actively working toward full 501(c)(3) federal status.

We want to be clear that this effort is not intended to replace or reduce offertory or direct giving to affiliated ministries. Those contributions remain essential, and any support for this initiative is encouraged to be above and beyond existing support, as families feel called to give.

The Foundation is guided by an initial board of founding members who have helped lead planning and development during this early stage.
