Uniform Distribution

Coaches,

Thanks again for taking the time to volunteer and coach your daughter for the CYO Volleyball Season!

In an effort to not only streamline the process, but to also reinforce the urgency/importance of uniform return AND the care of the uniforms, we have asked each coach to inform ALL parents of the updated uniform policy.

As Jen informed you in a previous email, parents are to print out the form and sign/date it PRIOR to receiving their daughter's uniform. You as a coach will fill in the uniform # and size upon distribution. Please place all forms in the file box located in the south corner of the PAC.

Please include the short form to fill out assigned uniform numbers. Please return this form, along with the uniform agreements to the volleyball file in the PAC.I apologize for any inconvenience, and I know this sounds tedious, but it will help all of us in the long run to expedite the uniform return process!
