It is our great pleasure to announce VI Congress of the Serbian Neuroscience Society (with international participation) that will be held in Belgrade, November 15-16, 2013.
Congress covers following topics:
- Cellular and molecular mechanisms of neurodegenerative processes
- Cellular and molecular mechanisms of neuroinflammatory disorders
- Development, plasticity and cell death in the nervous system
- Neurophysiology and behaviour
VI Congress is being organized together with IX Congress of Society of Serbian Neurologists (with international participation) and IV Symposium of Serbian Society of Neurological Nurses and Technicians.

Abstract submission
Deadline for Abstracts submission is July 8, 2013.
Abstracts should be send to: 6.kongresdns2013@gmail.com
Instructions for Abstract:
The Abstract should be as informative as possible.
1) Authors should use a concise title that indicates the content of the abstract. Abbreviations should be avoided in the title.
2) Authors should be listed below the title (i.e. J. Smith, A. Jones, …)
3) Institution information should be provided for all authors (use numerical superscript if authors are from different institution) must include the following:
Name of Institution; City; Country
Note: department, division, laboratory, etc. should not be included in the Institution Information
4) Abstract length should not exceed 250 words (not including the title, authors and institutions).
5) Times New Roman font (size 11pt) and single line spacing should be used
6) Abstracts should use the following structured format:
- Background
- Objective
- Material and Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
7) Figures, tables and other illustrations cannot be included.
8) Avoid greek letters and symbols (i.e. instead IFN-β use IFN-beta), for exponents use insert (^) (i.e. 10^6)
